Metal contract manufacturing, also known as production manufacturing, is the practice of high-volume manufacturing/fabrication of metal goods to your business’s specific requirements. The metal goods can range from a single part or sub-assemblies to a finished product ready to ship to you or your end customer.

To best serve our customers, we specialize in orders of the following types:

• High-Mid volume quantities
• Repeat ordering
• Established products or products that have been tested and are ready for production manufacturing
• Long-term viability

The following types of projects are not a good fit:

• Low-volume quantities
• Prototyping
• Individuals pursuing their own projects
• Inquiries about raw materials only
• Mass bidding invitations (Customers seeking lowest price only and not considering total cost)

Lead times have many factors such as material availability, the complexity of the product and our capacity at the time of inquiry. We will always be truthful and not promise things we can not deliver on.

Depending on your location, Summit Steel & Manufacturing may deliver to your location on one of our company-owned and operated trucks. If your location is not within our standard routes we will ship via LTL, Dedicated or through your preferred carrier.
